Our offerings include, but are not limited to, mobile RV repair, scheduled in-shop service appointments, system diagnostics, warranty repairs, and general customer support. All services are subject to availability and may be updated or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to abusive behavior, non-payment history, or requests that fall outside our scope of expertise.

Our services span a broad range of RV systems and needs, such as:

Collision and Body Repairs: Including fiberglass or aluminum siding restoration, roof repairs, paint matching, and frame work.

Mechanical and Electrical Systems: Covering engine diagnostics, oil changes, water systems, LP gas systems, and leveling components.

Interior and Climate Systems: Repair and maintenance of RV appliances like air conditioners, furnaces, refrigerators, and water heaters.

Chassis and Towing: Including wheel bearings, trailer brake systems, and hitch setups.

RV Parts and Accessories: We offer access to a wide inventory of high-quality RV parts and accessories for repair or customization.

3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled via our website, by phone, or in person during business hours. Once scheduled, we may send you confirmation messages and reminders via email or SMS, depending on your communication preferences.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to reallocate service time and better serve all customers. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in restrictions on future booking privileges or outright refusal of service.

We understand that emergencies arise, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate unexpected situations on a case-by-case basis.

4. Payment and Invoicing

Payment for services is due in full upon completion unless prior written arrangements have been made and confirmed by SentryRV Mobile Inspections and Service, LLC. Accepted forms of payment may include credit cards, debit cards, cash, and other methods disclosed and agreed upon at the time of service. It is your responsibility to ensure payment is completed in a timely manner.

We reserve the right to charge late fees, storage fees, or other applicable charges if payment is not received within the specified timeframe. Repeated failure to pay on time may result in refusal of future services or referral to collections.

If a third party (such as a warranty provider or insurance company) is covering part or all of your bill, you remain responsible for any unpaid balances not covered by that third party. We recommend reviewing your warranty or insurance policy in advance to understand what will and will not be reimbursed.

Invoices will be provided electronically or in print. If you have questions about an invoice or require clarification about charges, please contact us promptly so we can assist you before additional fees accrue.

5. Estimates and Work Authorization

We strive to provide accurate and transparent estimates for all repairs and services. However, please understand that estimates are based on preliminary assessments and are not guarantees of final cost. During the course of service, additional issues or parts may be identified that could affect the total cost. In such cases, we will make a reasonable effort to contact you and obtain approval before proceeding with work beyond the original estimate.

By signing or otherwise approving a work order, you:

Authorize SentryRV Mobile Inspections and Service, LLC to perform the services as described in the estimate and/or discussed with our team.

Acknowledge that you are responsible for paying the total amount due for the completed work, including any approved additions beyond the initial estimate.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Declining or delaying payment may result in administrative fees, collection actions, or storage charges for unreleased vehicles. We encourage customers to ask questions and request clarification before approving any work so that expectations are clear on both sides.

6. Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and strive to ensure that every repair or service meets our high standards. Certain parts and services may include a limited warranty, which will be clearly stated on your service receipt or work order at the time of service. To be eligible for warranty coverage, the customer must report any issue within the specified warranty timeframe and allow us the opportunity to inspect and address the problem.

Our limited warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow recommended maintenance.

Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by a third party.

Normal wear and tear due to regular use.

Issues unrelated to the original repair or service performed.

All warranty claims are subject to review and verification. We reserve the right to repair or replace any defective parts or re-perform services at our sole discretion. No cash refunds will be issued in place of warranty claims unless required by law. Please retain your service records and receipts, as proof of service may be required for any warranty consideration.
